Appraisals
If your fine jewelry isn’t appraised, your insurance company will likely not cover replacement for loss or theft! Bring us your beloved jewelry for an official appraisal. For every appraisal, we first polish and clean the piece until it shines like new. We then inspect it closely for any signs of damage, or need for repair. Then we assess the retail value. Your official appraisal comes with a full breakdown of the components of your piece, a replacement value in case of loss or theft, and HD photos for reference. Typical turnaround time for an appraisal is 3-5 business days.
Watch Repair and Watch Batteries
Is your watch battery dead? Bring it in to us and we can typically change the battery while you wait!
We do watch repairs on almost all brands; from vintage pocket watches, to your brand new Fossil. To diagnose your problem, we take the watch in, and call you with an estimate before proceeding with the work. Some repairs take longer than others, but we guarantee you will be thrilled with the final result.
Sizing, Shaping, and Setting
We rarely turn down a repair. From costume jewelry to the oldest of diamonds, if we can bring your beloved piece back to life, we will! The price tag doesn’t matter to us. In our eyes, jewelry’s value lies in your enjoyment of it.
Ring too big or too small? Broken chain? Bent clasp? We will carefully explain your options, our pricing, and how long it all takes before proceeding. Our turn around time is between 7 to 10 business days on average.
Redesigning
Do you have some jewelry that isn’t getting the love it deserves? We can help you breathe new life into old pieces! An earring missing its match may make a beautiful pendant; gemstones from an old fashioned bracelet can be set into a gorgeous modern ring. The options are limitless and we want to help you fall in love again. Trust us with your redesign, you won’t regret it!
Engraving & Sublimation
In addition to fine jewelry, custom jewelry and jewelry repair – we also offer engraving and sublimation services. We offer traditional engraved and sublimation (a colored printing process) awards for recognition and gift occasions. We can engrave actual signatures on charms and necklaces. Have a grandchild with an unusual name and can never find their name? We can solve that! We have many options for you to personalize a gift item with that unique name. Your grandchild will feel very special.
Wedding invitations have become very creative and personal. We can assist you in creating a treasured keepsake to give the newlyweds using their invitation as an inspiration. Trust us – they will love it!
New baby to love? Try our locally made “baby blocks” personalized with baby’s birth information and more. Or perhaps something more traditional – baby/junior silverware sets engraved with their initial or name; photo frames; baby cups – all engraved to your specifications.
